Terms of Stay
These terms apply to every booking and stay at Old Town Inn. By completing a reservation you agree to the following.
1) Bookings & Confirmation
- Reservations can be made directly or via third‑party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia). For third‑party bookings, the platform’s terms also apply.
- A booking is valid only after written confirmation (email/system) and, where required, card pre‑authorisation.
2) Rates, Payments & Taxes
- Rates are per room per night and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- The applicable overnight stay tax is paid at check‑in.
- The property may pre‑authorise/charge the card to secure the booking according to the selected rate conditions.
3) Cancellations, Amendments & No‑Show
- Policies vary by rate/platform. Please check your reservation conditions.
- Non‑refundable bookings are not refunded. In case of no‑show, up to the total amount may be charged.
4) Check‑in & Check‑out
- Check‑in: 12:00–13:00. Different times are possible upon prior arrangement only.
- Check‑out: 11:00–12:00. Different times are possible upon prior arrangement only.
- A valid ID/passport is required upon check‑in.
5) Special Requests
- Requests (floor, view, baby cot, etc.) are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
6) Pets
- Although we love animals, unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets in our property. Thank you for your understanding and respect for all our guests.
7) Guests’ Responsibility & Conduct
- Guests are responsible for damages to rooms/common areas and any extra cleaning.
- The property reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate/illegal behaviour.
8) Safety & Valuables
- We are not liable for loss/theft of personal items. Please use the in‑room safe where provided.
9) Force Majeure
- We are not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, power/water/network outages, government acts).
10) Personal Data
- Your data are used to manage your reservation and provide services in line with our privacy policy. Third‑party bookings are also subject to the platform’s privacy terms.
11) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Greek law applies. Courts of Kavala have exclusive jurisdiction.

- Content (texts, photos, logos) is owned by Old Town Inn or licensed third parties and is protected by law. Reproduction is prohibited without prior written permission.
3) Liability Disclaimer
- While we strive for accurate, up‑to‑date information, we do not guarantee completeness/accuracy. We are not liable for technical errors, interruptions or third‑party content.
- Links to third‑party sites are provided for convenience and used at the user’s own risk.
4) User Obligations
- Users must use the site lawfully and refrain from security breaches or content tampering.
5) Changes
- We may modify content/terms without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
6) Governing Law
